How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $10 flat rate within Australia, and $30 flat rate international. Tracking is included on all packages.

Australian orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Use the code 'SHIP75' at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

I send out orders twice a week (usually on Wednesdays and Saturdays). Your order must be in by 10pm the night before (AEST) in order to guarantee being included in the next day's dispatch. This means if you order at 7pm on a Tuesday, your order will be posted the next day, but an order placed at 11pm may be held until Saturday. This is to ensure that I have time to properly pack and prepare all orders before the dispatch time.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

New Zealand     7 - 14 business days

United States     9 - 12 business days

UK                     10 - 18 business days

Other                 Up to 4 weeks

These may vary depending on your postal service and current events impacting delivery times. All orders will have a tracking number included for safety and peace of mind.

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post is still experiencing some delays, particularly for international orders. I have had some orders delayed at the airport awaiting international departure for up to a month.

Your order may be delayed if there is an issue with your payment being processed, or if there is a large influx of orders. In the case of an unexpected increase in orders, additional shipping days will likely be added, and cut-off times may be adjusted to assist with fulfillment. I will do my best to get in touch if this happens, but the best way to stay updated with any changes is to sign up for my email list, or follow me on Instagram and keep an eye on my stories.

What payment options are available?

Payments for this store are processed using either PayPal or Stripe.

Both of these services offer a variety of ways to pay including account balances, bank account balance, credit cards, and debit cards. You do not need to have an account in order to checkout, however it is recommended as it will increase the payment options available to you.

Buy now, pay later is also available through AfterPay or PayPal Pay in 4. Please use these options wisely and ensure you can budget for repayments safely before checking out with them.

Crypto payments may be accommodated for. Please contact me to discuss this directly as Paypal and Stripe do not currently support this type of payment.

How should I care for my items?

Many of the items I sell are handmade art pieces. Although I try to ensure my pieces are high quality and durable, they should still be handled with care and all jewellery and original artworks should ideally be kept away from moisture, aerosols, and extended periods in direct sunlight.

Painted clothing and other wearable art garments should be gently hand-washed in cool water to avoid fading and cracking, and to prolong their life as much as possible. They may hold up in the washing machine, but this is something you must decide at your own risk. I do not offer refunds for items damaged due to rough handling or improper care.

What materials do you use to create your items?

I use a wide variety of both new and repurposed materials. I try to reuse old fabric and second hand items such as clothing and frames whenever I have them available to me. I always make sure that any second-hand items I am using are clean and safe. Items like my art prints, stickers, and laser cut jewellery are brand new and custom printed, and some of my frames are new simply because second-hand options are limited and it is much easier to obtain what I need that way. All earring hoops and hooks are brand new and hypoallergenic.

What kind of packaging do you use?

I use a mix of new and reused packaging, and choose compostable, recyclable, or reusable options for most things. I use materials such as hex wrap, compostable plastic sleeves, recycled card, and bubblewrap saved from packages I've received to pad and protect items. My holographic bubble mailers are encouraged to be kept and reused (because they're cute as heck), but they can also be recycled through soft plastic recycling initiatives like REDcycle. Please remove any tape or stickers from packaging before composting or recycling. Most stickers on your package can be easily removed and re-used, or put into your regular bin. I am not always able to get compostable plastic for my product packaging, so make sure to check for a label or note stating that it is compostable before putting it in with your food scraps.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please take a photo of it and get in touch with me here as soon as possible. Use the subject line 'Damaged/Wrong Item' and include the name that was used for the order, along with your order details so that I can easily find which one is yours in the system. The contact form does not allow you to attach an image, but you will be able to do so after I reply via email. Photos help me to properly assess the situation (eg: if the item is able to be easily repaired) so that I can give you an appropriate choice of options to move forward with. We can then work together to get the issue sorted out for you in a way you are happy with, and make sure that your experience remains a pleasant one.

Do you do returns or refunds?

Refunds may be available in the case of a wrong or damaged item. These cases are handled individually based on the issue at hand and the needs of the customer.

I don't do refunds or exchanges for change of mind. I do my best to accurately depict and describe the items in my shop, please make sure you check photos and read descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase to ensure you are buying the items you want. Can I get a commission or custom order?

Yes, you can get in touch with me via the contact page to discuss custom orders and commissions. Please use the subject 'Custom Order Enquiry' and include a description of your idea, as well as your budget and the desired turn-around time. If your request fits with my schedule and skillset, we will discuss your idea further and come up with a plan to have it created. Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit, and must be paid in full before the final product is sent. Please note that I have responsibilities outside of my art and these can sometimes affect the speed at which I can complete projects. Prices for custom orders vary greatly and will be impacted by turn-around times, size, and complexity.
